Mobi-Flex™️ is a personalized assisted mobility and flexibility program that focuses on releasing areas of tension through lengthening muscle tissue. In simple terms, you’re being stretched! You remain completely clothed and get to relax and focus on breathing throughout the session, allowing the body to heal and release pain from the inside out. Various tools are also used to help with healing, such as a percussion massage gun, a massage ball, grounding techniques, and myofascial release. Every session is individualized and personalized depending on the person’s needs.
30-minute Mobi-Flex™️ session; includes assisted stretching techniques and use of massage gun, massage foam roller, grounding pads, etc. if needed for areas of increased muscle tension. This session generally focuses on upper OR lower body.

This is generally a full-body session, but it can also include intensive focus on the upper or lower body for established clients.
