I'm not your average personal trainer. I didn't join my first gym until I was 29, did not grow up as an athlete, and didn't discover a passion for health and fitness until I was 30. I was diagnosed with lupus, Sjogren's and rheumatoid arthritis in my early 20's and thought exercise would never be safe or possible. The right personal trainer changed all of that for me!
